This was easy to set up on the app and switch it to miles, but it is not accurate at all. I stopped wearing it to bed because it always said I slept through the night even when I was up several times. In the morning when I put it on, it takes a good half an hour to begin counting steps, and so incorrectly. I walked for .5 mile on the treadmill and the activity tracker said I was only at .2 mile...and that included the hour at home getting ready! Plus the charger is horrendous. It doesn’t firmly attach, it just lays there and slips of too easily. I gave 2 stars only because having it on makes me aware of my activity level.
